While we make every effort to fulfill your order, we are a specialty company and have limited quantities of specialized Passionately Rivalicious® Products and occasionally certain items may be unavailable. For our most popular items, the items might go out of stock quickly. Items that can be restocked will be restocked as quickly as possible.

We ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes with standard shipping. Delivery times to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes vary and are generally longer than Standard Ground Shipping.

We do not ship Internationally.

Our preferred shipping provider is USPS. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Passionately Rivalicious® offers USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express.
Standard Shipping via USPS Priority Mail
Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. Cost is $6.99.
Expedited Shipping via USPS Priority Mail Express
Orders with Expedited Shipping typically take between 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in two (2) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. Cost is $24.00.

Passionately Rivalicious® and USPS will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he/she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change the address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your shipping address.
We are only able to ship one order to one address. We suggest that you place a separate order for each destination, if you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses.

If you are a registered user with a Passionately Rivalicious® Store Account, your Primary Shipping Address will be saved on file and will automatically show up during the checkout process. You will be able to make revisions to your "Ship To" Address at this time or type in a different “Ship To” Address. Passionately Rivalicious® does not keep credit cards on file for the security and privacy of all of our customers.
Your Shipping Address is where you would like the order to be shipped. Your Billing Address is the address that matches your credit card account.
Passionately Rivalicious® strives to provide our customers with 100% satisfaction. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom order, you may return it for an Exchange or Store Credit. Items returned or exchanged must be returned in new condition, with the original packaging, and contents within 30 days from the date your order was received and must use our Return Portal.
All Returns & Exchanges must use our Return Portal or please call or email us at info@passionatelyrivalicious.com or 1-888-451-4781 and place Return/Exchange in the subject line. Include your order number, list of item(s) to return, and the reason for the return.
NOTE: Returns received without the Return Confirmation # and a Return/Exchange Form
will be refused. Return/Exchange must be returned within 7 days of your receipt of the Return Confirmation email, or it will expire and may not be used. Failure to follow this policy, will result in package being returned at your expense.

Return & Exchange Process:

3. Shoe boxes must be encased within another box for shipping to protect the item. If shoes
are shipped back with a shipping label on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will

shipping of the initial order to a Passionately Rivalicious® Gift Card sent to the order's
email address. Please allow 3-5 business days.
Defective Items:
Please contact us via email at info@passionatelyrivalicious.com within 3 Days of order received to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 Days, it will no longer qualify for return or replacement. You must include a photo of the defect/damage with your email.
Passionately Rivalicious® is not responsible for damages cause by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
Exact color of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
